Swedish Massage is a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. The strokes of the massage relax individual muscles, while the overall experience eliminates mental stress.

Crystal Therapy is the ancient art of laying-on-of-stones. Crystals are one of the tools of vibration and resonance that create sensory healing.
